# Disable Anti Cheats

Disable Anti-Cheat Software

* Disable [Fast-Boot](https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht513773-how-to-enable-or-disable-fast-startup-on-windows-11) (recommended, not necessary)
* Open your system configuration (press Win+R -> type msconfig -> press enter)
* Navigate to the "Services" tab
* Check the "Hide all Microsoft services" box
* Search the list for: Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye etc.
* Uncheck the services that are anti-cheats
* Click apply
* Restart your PC

### Valorant (Riot Vanguard), ESEA, FaceIT: <a href="#valorant-riot-vanguard-esea-faceit" id="valorant-riot-vanguard-esea-faceit"></a>

For Riot Vanguard, ESEA, and FaceIT, you will need to go into your Apps & Programs in Windows settings to uninstall it fully. They are very invasive and will block the driver from loading.

**Uninstall Riot Vanguard, ESEA, and FaceIT**

1. Press the Windows key and type "Add or remove programs."
2. Open the "Add or remove programs" menu.
3. Find and select "Riot Vanguard" or "Valorant."
4. Click on "Uninstall" and follow the on-screen instructions.

**Another Way To Stop Riot Vanguard with Command Prompt:**

1. Press the Windows key and type "Command Prompt" or "cmd."
2. Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator" to open it with administrative privileges.
3. Copy and paste the following command:

   Copy

   ```
   sc stop vgk
   ```
4. Press Enter.

After performing either of these options, restart your computer.
