General Troubleshooting
1. Restart your computer and simply retry again
2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ press here.
3. Completely disable Windows Defender by using the tool available at https://www.sordum.org/9480/defender-control-v2-1
4. Uninstall any other antivirus software, including Windows Defender.
5. Uninstall FaceIt, Vanguard, ESEA (anticheats which always run in background).
6. Disable any overclocking and remove applications like MSI Afterburner. Reset BIOS settings to default if needed
7. Disable Memory Integrity in Windows Device Security -> Core isolation
8. If none of this still works after completing all the steps should you consider a fresh Windows reinstallation. In that case, reinstall from a USB stick, not from Windows Settings, while keeping your files.
