How To Fix Misplaced Visuals or ESP.

1. Right-click on your desktop background.

2. Select Display settings.

3. Scroll to Scale and layout.

4. Under Scale, choose 100% (Recommended).

5. Changes apply automatically. If prompted, sign out and sign back in.

6. Ensure that the game resolution is set to 16:9

7. Ensure that the game is set to borderless mode.

8. If you're on a stretched monitor/resolution it can cause issues as some tools dont support it. Switch to another monitor.
